Balance & Strength Training

There are many different ways to undertake balance and strength training to recover function after illness or surgery, and to maintain function as an older adult.

At Antill Physiotherapy we undertake these activities in our on-site gym, working both with individual clients and with small groups.

Our range of activities includes:

  • Floor exercises
  • Body weight and dumbbell resisted exercises
  • Fitball exercise programs
  • Tai Chi and yoga inspired exercise programs
  • Balance challenging activities using balance pads and beams, wobble boards
  • Kinetic Link Training
